UA Finance (UA) has been awarded the status of Manpower Developer (MD) under “Employees Retraining Board Manpower Developer Award Scheme” (the Scheme) by the Employees Retraining Board (ERB) for five consecutive years in recognizing UA’s outstanding achievements in training and developing its staff so that they can fully unleash the potential in the working environment. With this recognition, UA is authorized to use MD logo to symbolize its achievements.

ERB launched the Scheme in 2009 to recognise organisations which demonstrate outstanding achievements in manpower training and development as Manpower Developers. Through the Scheme, the ERB aims to cultivate a common social value to attach great importance to manpower training and development.
