United Asia Finance was awarded Certificate in “Equal Opportunity Employer Recognition Scheme – Racial Equality and Inclusion”
United Asia Finance ("UA") was awarded the Certificate of “Equal Opportunity Employer Recognition Scheme – Racial Equality and Inclusion” after thorough review by the assessment panels from the Equal Opportunities Commission (EOC) in recognition of our dedicated commitment in offering Racial Equality and Inclusion in the working environment.
This is the first time of EOC to organize the Scheme, which is also the first-ever employer recognition scheme on equal opportunities in Hong Kong. The Scheme is designed to give recognition to companies and organizations that have excelled in the implementation of equal opportunity employment policies, and is set to take the standards of equality, diversity and inclusion in Hong Kong’s workplace to a new level. Simultaneously, the Scheme aims to raise awareness of the benefits of EO policies and practices and encourage more employers to tap into these benefits, ultimately motivating employers in Hong Kong to create a safe, equal and inclusive work environment for their employees.
In fact, UA has been supporting the racial equality and inclusion by recruiting ethnic minorities at workplace, providing equal opportunity for exerting their ability and talent at work, thus contributing to the society together.
