Job Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize the system roadmap, with a focus on minimum viable products (MVPs) for key lending modules (e.g., resolving loan, personal loan and monthly sales report etc).
• Work closely with the team in project management, new business or technology enhancement, or IT systems and solutions for business
• Guide technical developers to provide a business solution and QA to formulate Test Plans and coordinate User Acceptance Test
• Consolidate business requirements from different BUs in both functional and non-functional perspective
• Communicate and coordinate between business users and development teams
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Document and analyse business requirements
• Ensure and keep track on each deliverable
• Perform any additional ad-hoc project duties
• Participate in business process and technology initiatives to improve business performance

 Job Requirements:

• Degree holders or above major in Information System or Computer Science or related discipline preferable
• Minimum 8 years solid experience in project management, business analysis or business operation in either finance & banking, insurance or other financial sector related fields
• Logical thinker, results-oriented and with excellent project management, communication, problem solving and analytical skills
• Experience in a similar role as Product Manager or in a commercial capacity is highly regarded.
• Solid experience for web applications and related projects
• Solid experience in managing and liaison with business users, IT people or software vendors
• Solid knowledge in Agile methodology, experience of working in Scrum teams is a plus
• Proficient in high-level presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Immediate available or short notice period is highly desirable
