Awarded in "CAPITAL Merits of Achievement in Banking and Finance 2018" for the 9th Consecutive Year
The award presentation ceremony of the “CAPITAL Merits of Achievement in Banking and Finance 2018” was successfully held at Island Shangri-La Hong Kong on October 24. United Asia Finance (“UA”) has been awarded in “CAPITAL Merits of Achievement in Banking and Finance ” for the 9th consecutive year.
The objective of the award is to credit those enterprises of banking and finance for their outstanding performance and continuous contribution to the stability and prosperity of Hong Kong economy. All the awardees are strictly chosen by a judging panel comprised of professional editorial office of Capital Magazine and renowned political and business leaders in Hong Kong. The assessment criteria are based on different aspects of overall performance of the enterprise including overall performance of corporation, service quality, customer relations, marketing strategy, reputation and goodwill. The award granted to UA again is definitely the convincing evidence to indicating the leading position of UA in the consumer finance industry.
Mr. Akihiro Nagahara, CEO & Managing Director of UA, blissfully shared with the attendants on stage after receiving the trophy from Mr. Gary Cheung, Chairman of Hong Kong Securities Association, “2018 marks the 25th anniversary of UA. For 25 years, UA is always the same from the very start, adhering to our business model of “Customer First" in servicing our customers. We serve all our customers with sincerity from the bottom of heart, with the aim to help them solve all financial problems and be care free. We have helped more than 520,000 customers so far. Simultaneously, we have been striving to keep pace with the market change and technology development to pioneer different innovative loan products to better serve customers with any financial needs. We had pioneered “Debts Consolidation Loan” in 1993, it was the first introduced by UA to consolidate all credit card debts into one loan to save interest expenses for customers. In 2000, marks our second first in the market where UA had introduced the first fully online loan service - “i-Money Internet Personal Loan”, which made it possible for completing the whole loan process from application, approval to disbursement by internet without the need to show up in person. Subsequently in 2012, the proprietary “NO SHOW” Personal Loan was launched by UA. The whole loan process can be done on phone without completing any forms. No need to show up in person or submit any document proof including HKID. Simple and convenient! All these services were created with the concern of our customers’ need, with the objective to strive to accompany our customers to free them from financial difficulties and in turn let go of their worries and focus on what matters to them most. That’s the essence of our motto “Yes, UA”!
In fact, all those innovative products pioneered by UA have almost became the standard loan products in the market. Many financial institutions followed suit to launch similar products afterwards. For some products, they have become the indispensable loan products of most financial institutions with providence of loan business now.
