Digital Business Department
Specialist / Senior Specialist, Digital Business (Customer Support)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer services inquiries
  • Handle online loan applications, including processing, approval and disbursement
  • Respond to hotline inquiries and provide support via phone and email or business messaging applications
  • Perform general clerical and administrative tasks
  • Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements:

  • F.5 HKCEE / F.6 HKDSE, high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service related working experience in e-commerce or banking or finance industry, preferable in consumer lending
  • Proficiency in business messaging applications (e.g., WhatsApp)
  • Good interpersonal skill, willing to learn and mature
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • On-the-job training will be provided
  • More experienced candidates will be considered for the role of Senior Specialist, Digital Business
