Marketing Department
Senior Officer, Card Acquisition
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement effective marketing strategies and credit card programs to stimulate card acquisition & usage and achieve business and financial targets
- Manage advertising agencies to produce ground-breaking creative and marketing campaign
- Monitor business performance and review result of strategies implemented as well as the marketing budget
- Manage website and mobile app to drive business growth, streamline process as well as enhance customer experience
- Co-ordinate with internal departments and sales channels for ensuring smooth implementation of marketing campaigns, promotion activities and cross-selling activities
- Maintain up-to-date market intelligence on credit card business
- Handle ad hoc tasks and special assignments
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum five years or above relevant experience in credit card acquisition marketing
- Experience in developing and implementing impactful campaign in customer acquisition and segmentation
- Creative, Pro-active, open-minded, and result-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with a strong command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
