Risk Management Department
Associate Vice President, Compliance (Credit Card)
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and implement card related Compliance process
- Oversee the Compliance activities related to credit card business via manual or automated approaches
- Strengthen the operation process on card related product
- Liaise with law enforcement agencies for necessary action and exchange of updated compliance information and market trend
- Provide assurance on effective and efficient operations while at the same time compliance with all codes of conduct related to card operations
- Conduct periodic training and as a go-to person for staff enquiry on Group Standard and Regulatory matters
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in preferably with exposure to Compliance
- Solid experience in workflow design and good knowledge of credit card products is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English and Chinese and competent in MS Office applications
