Job Responsibilities:

• Provide day to day support and administration of in-house developed applications
• Provide technical support service for all departments and branches
• Evaluate and take initiatives to improve job efficiency and identify areas for automation

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in IT or related disciplines
• 1-2 years’ relevant support and operation experience in the IT industry
• Good knowledge in Windows, Linux, MS Office and PC hardware
• Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, Linux shell scripting is an advantage.
• With the initiative, pleasant and willing to learn
• Able to work independently
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese & English
• Shift roster is required on Sunday
