• Handle consumer loan application
• Handle customer enquiries in a professional manner
• Handle and follow up customer loan repayment
• Cross-sell loan products to customers
• Perform administrative duties

 Job Requirements:

• University graduate
• 1 year working experience is advantage
• Strong customer service orientation
• Energetic, courteous, willing to learn, hardworking and able to work under pressure
• Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of Cantonese and English
