Specialist, Loan Services - Branch

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle consumer loan application
  • Perform credit analysis, evaluation and recommend loan approval according to the established credit guideline
  • Assist in daily branch operation and deliver high quality service to customers
  • Handle and follow up customer loan repayment
  • Cross-sell loan products to customers
  • Perform administrative duties

 

Job Requirements:

  • F.5 HKCEE / F.6 HKDSE or above
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Finance / Banking industry specialized in consumer lending business
  • Excellent customer service skills, with ability to work under pressure
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, able to work independently and a good team player
  • Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of Cantonese and English
