Credit Card Operations Department
Clerk / Assistant Loan Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle consumer loan application over the phone
- Perform credit checking
- Handle customer enquiries and deliver quality customer services
- Support daily operations and promotional activities
- Perform administrative duties
Job Requirements:
- F.5 HKCEE / F.6 HKDSE or above
- Strong customer services orientation
- Dynamic, strong analytical skill, good interpersonal and communication skills
- With initiative, pleasant and willing to learn
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
- On-the-job training will be provided
- Candidates with more than 3 year related experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Loan Officer
