Job Responsibilities:

• Perform credit card related fraud cases investigation and monitor suspicious transactions
• Handle trigger event / regular review on existing credit card customers
• Prepare suspicious transactions report to related internal parties when suspicious transactions or irregular activities are detected
• Provide recommendation to manager on fraud recovery opportunities
• Prepare regular AML reports to internal or external parties
• Assist management to formulate fraud control strategies and policies
• Conduct user acceptance tests and ensure the reliability of the Authorization systems
• Liaise with law enforcement agencies for necessary action and exchange of updated fraud information and market trend
• Candidate with more experience can be offered a higher position

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder or above with minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
• In-depth knowledge of Credit Card authorization and fraud transaction monitoring
• Mature and able to work independently and under pressure
• Strong presentation, negotiation, organization, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
