We are inviting an experienced team lead to take up the role specializing in
“Loan Operation, Customer Experience and Service Quality Enhancement”.
We are looking for someone who is independent, flexible and outgoing to join our young and energetic team.
- Prepare and recommend credit request with credit and collateral documentation independently in a professional manner
- Provide servicing support and maintain close business relationship with customers
- Promote excellent Customer Service culture within the company and extend to market recognition
- Design and carry out service quality enhancement project
- Recommend initiatives for better customer journey management
- Degree holder with related disciplines
- At least 5 years loan processing experience with AML and legal knowledge on contract law and loans related documentation
- Sound experience of launching service quality program
- Knowledge in Call center and customer service area is preferable
- Passionate, Experience in MS office especially PowerPoint
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Immediate available is highly desirable
