Credit Card Operations Department
Associate Vice President, Authorization and Fraud Control (Credit Card)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform credit card related fraud cases investigation and monitor suspicious transactions
  • Lead a team of authorizers on handle lost card reporting and credit card transaction monitoring
  • Handle trigger event / regular review on existing credit card customers
  • Prepare suspicious transactions report to related internal parties when suspicious transactions or irregular activities are detected
  • Provide recommendation to management on fraud risk control and recovery opportunities
  • Assist management to formulate fraud control strategies and policies
  • Conduct user acceptance tests and ensure the reliability of the systems
  • Candidate with more experience can be offered a higher position


Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above with minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Credit Card authorization and fraud transaction monitoring
  • Mature and able to work independently and under pressure
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, organization, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
