Associate Vice President, Administration & Facilities Management
Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist Head of Administration and Facilities Management to monitor offices / branches Tenancy Agreements from market research, data collection and analyze, negotiation to agreement execution
  • Support Head of Administration and Facilities Management in implementing property strategy and achieve the best benefit to the company
  • Record management for all leasing matters and capture savings
  • Actively develop and maintain good relationship with all landlords, property management office and business partners in the property market
  • Assist Head of Administration and Facilities Management overseeing repair works of non-contractual items for Branches and Offices
  • Assist Head of Administration and Facilities Management in implement of insurance scheme for the Group
  • Oversee all arrangement of company car fleet inspections and repair service
  • Oversee and ensure correctness of OT payment of drivers and related expenses
  • Coordinate vendor management for the team and ensure update vendor list in share drive
  • Handle Uniform management for front line staff
  • Provide support in ad hoc projects as assigned by department head and management
Job Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 8 years solid procurement experience in the same capacity in financial institutions, with minimum 3 years in managerial level
  • Good negotiation and communications skills
  • Strong business acumen and customer focus
  • Good time management and quality control skills and knowledge
  • Good command of spoken English and Cantonese
