Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and implement credit card related Fraud Control process
• Participate in fraud case review and root cause identification with proposed remediation
• Strengthen the operation process on card related product
• Conduct periodic training and as a go-to person for staff enquiry on Group Standard and Regulatory matters
• Liaise with law enforcement agencies for necessary action and exchange of updated fraud information and market trend

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in preferably with exposure to Credit Card Fraud Control
• Good project management, problem solving and analytical skills with self-motivation
• Proficient in English, Chinese and MS Office applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
