Associate Officer, Customer Service
(Customer Services Unit)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer and respond to enquiries and complaint via multi-channel in a professional manner
  • Cooperate with branches and departments to resolve customer’s request efficiently
  • Promote Company products
  • Perform routine clerical works and miscellaneous job related duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • F.5 HKCEE / F.6 HKDSE, high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years relevant working experience in call center or customer service industry
  • Knowledge of call center telephony and technology is an advantage
  • Good communication skills, patient with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Chinese typing
  • Well-versed in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant, Customer Service
  • Immediate available or short notice period is highly desirable
