Senior Specialist (Digital Channel Management), Electronic Credit
(Promotion and Development Unit)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning effective and efficient digital customer lending journey with FinTech to ensure the delivery of excellent customer experience through online
  • Assist in driving and implementing new initiatives and enhancements on digital lending platforms to increase the competitiveness of the digital channels
  • Involved in project management of all Digital Lending systems development and enhancement to maximize competitive advantage in terms of efficiency, creativity and flexibility
  • Identify and source new products and solutions to enhance operation efficiency and ROI
  • Track new launch and conduct in-depth post-launch analyses with insights and recommendations for future programs
  • Understand business needs, operation process and workflow of digital lending products
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, E-commerce, Information System or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience, preferably in banking or financial institutions
  • Experience with implementation of development project will be an advantage
  • Well organized, self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Strong communication, liaison, presentation, analytical, and documentation skills
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Specialist, Electronic Credit
