Case 1:
Mrs Ho runs a boutique with her friend in Mainland. She bought a private flat in Shatin years ago. Her son is going to marry and would like to buy a new private flat but runs out of cash for the down payment of HK$500,000. Mrs Ho then decided to apply a second mortgage loan on her own flat.
“I don’t have any income proof in Hong Kong and haven’t employed auditor for my company in Mainland, so I can’t provide any balance sheet. It will be difficult for me to apply loan through banks in Hong Kong.” Said by Mrs Ho. She then approached UAF as recommended by her friend, she was told that no Title Deed is needed for applying a UAF Second Mortgage Loan and income proof might not be needed for application. As the above criteria suited Mrs Ho’s case, she then applied for a property loan with UAF.
“I was so surprised that my application was approved within few days of HK$800,000. The down payment of my son’s new house will not be a problem. My son has enough cash for decorating on his new home and arranging for his marriage.” Mrs Ho told us with a smiling face.
Case 2:
The stock market fluctuated recently, Mr Chow wanted to take this opportunity to invest some stocks. However, he has used all his savings on his marriage and his new home earlier. Besides, Mr Chow has contributed half of his monthly salary on the property repayment and other expenditures. Under this circumstance, he tried to apply loan from banks but was rejected as he still got mortgage under repayment.
Mr Chow got to know UAF Property Loan and he applied through internet. He was glad to find there was free online property valuation service at UAF website. Finally, Mr Chow can cash-out with his property without any Title Deed and had enough money for further investment and clear his credit card debts.
“UAF has approved HK$2,000,000 loan amount within short period of time and the monthly interest rate is about 1%. An “e-Cash Revolving Loan” of HK$500,000 was offered for my unexpected use, so I don’t have to worry about cash flow for further investment,” Mr Chow said satisfactorily.
